Kodjo Yelou is deeply committed to sharing the love of Christ and strengthening the body of believers. Over the years, he has served faithfully in youth ministry, senior ministry, as an Associate Pastor, and as a Care Pastor. In every role, his heart has remained the same: to preach the gospel, nurture faith, and walk alongside God’s people with compassion and encouragement.
His ministry extends beyond the local church through Faithway International Rescue Ministry, where he dedicates his time and resources to supporting vulnerable children and families. Kodjo’s vision is to see lives transformed by both the message and the mercy of Christ.

“I have a passion and commitment to love those of which this world has inadvertently cast aside and forgotten. For me that begins with allowing Christ’s love to flow through me, in such away; these children are given the opportunity to experience the love of Jesus through faithful charity; not merely in spirit, but in truth with action. How will you join us in our efforts?" - Emeric
Our core values are the driving principles behind everything we say and do, giving guidance to our future decisions and goals.
· Christ-Centered
We value our faith in God, and it is the foundation on which we build our ministry. (II Cor. 5:17)
· Serving
We value serving God by faithfully using our gifts to further His Kingdom for the purpose of building up the body of Christ and transforming our communities.
· Compassion
We are commanded to love our God and our neighbors; we aim to meet people where they are with love, dignity, and support. (Mark 12:30-31)
· Prayer
We value the importance and the power of prayer. We know that all our strength and hope come from the Lord. Prayer connects us to God and empowers us to accomplish His will on earth.
· Stewardship
We value accountability of our financial resources, the focused contributions of our team and outcomes in our programs with the same level off commitment and care that we would have for our own resources. (Luke 16:10-12)
· Sustainability
We value a creative and diverse resource generation that sustains our team, programs, and partnerships. (Proverbs 27:23-24; Luke 14:28)
· Courage
We value approachable, accountable, and catalytic leadership – that inspires others to serve the homeless, poor, and addicted in our community – with innovation and appropriate risk-taking. (II Thess. 3:13)
· Integrity
We value honesty, transparency, full disclosure and the ability to fulfill our commitments.
· Partnership
We value collaboration within our team and with others to impact our community. (Eccl. 4:9)
· Impact
We support efforts that have clearly defined objectives and measurable outcomes that address community needs.
